Refund policy

Return Window: We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day your craft kit is delivered.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the craft kit must be in its original, unopened condition. All seals must be intact, and all components (tools, materials, and instructions) must be present and unused. We cannot accept returns on kits that have been partially assembled or where internal material bags have been opened.

How to Start a Return:

1. Email First: You must reach out to us first at hello@mymosaicpalette.com to get approval before mailing your kit. Please include your order number and a photo of the unopened box.

2. Approval: Once we approve your request, you may mail the kit to: 233 Warwick Avenue, Staten Island, New York 10314

3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds: Once your kit is received and inspected to ensure it is unopened, we will process your refund or store credit.
